Thank you for choosing Express Tickets. Online ticketing guarantees you the movie tickets you want, making your entertainment experience even easier.

Here are some things you should know:

• Plenty of payment options – you can purchase tickets online with your Interac card, Empire Theatres’ Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

• If your theatre offers “Print at Home Tickets” and you chose that option, your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address you provided as a PDF attachment. Open the PDF on your home computer and print your ticket(s) prior to going to the theatre. When you arrive at the theatre, simply present your printed ticket to the usher. You do not have to wait in line at the box office.

• If you opted to use a Booking Reference Number, you will require this to retrieve your ticket(s):

1. To retrieve ticket(s) at an Automated Box Office Kiosk - Choose Language, select 'Pick Up Tickets', then choose 'Pick Up using Booking Reference Number'. Enter your Booking Reference Number.
2. To retrieve ticket(s) from an Attendant - Present your Booking Reference Number to any open Box Office or Concessions attendant and they will retrieve your tickets. Keep your Booking Reference Number secret to prevent someone else from using it to retrieve your ticket(s). Empire Theatres is not responsible for lost or stolen Booking Reference Numbers.

• Online ticket purchases hold your tickets at the box office, however they do not guarantee seat placement. Be sure to arrive early to get the seat of your choice.

• All sales of Online Tickets are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
